Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of an advance payment as agreed. Full terms including payment schedule, cancellation, and rescheduling policy will be provided in a separate service agreement at the time of booking.

4. Copyright & Usage Rights

All photographs and videos captured by Wedding Fotografia remain the intellectual property of the studio. Clients are granted rights to use delivered images for personal, non-commercial purposes. The studio reserves the right to use images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines for edited photos and films will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary based on the scope of work.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure quality service, Wedding Fotografia shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including equipment failure, natural disasters, or venue restrictions that impact coverage.
